PrepCorex Shopify App – Billing Information
This explains how merchants are charged when using the PrepCorex Shopify integration.
1. Shopify App Subscription
PrepCorex may use Shopify’s Billing API for a $0 recurring app subscription (free install) so the app can be installed and authorized on your Shopify store.
If shown, this charge is processed by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice.
2. Fulfillment & Prep Services (Outside Shopify Billing API)
PrepCorex connects your Shopify store to Prep Services FBA warehouse and fulfillment services.
The following services are billed outside Shopify:
- Product prep
- Storage
- Labeling
- Returns handling
- Shipping coordination
- Additional warehouse services
These fees:
- Are agreed per merchant account (custom pricing)
- Are invoiced through the PrepCorex client portal
- Are paid directly to Prep Services FBA
Installing the Shopify app does not automatically enroll you in paid fulfillment services.
3. How to Register / Get Pricing
To use fulfillment services with PrepCorex:
- Create an account: PrepCorex Registration
- Connect your Shopify store from the dashboard.
- Contact us to activate billing and receive your custom pricing.
