Like most people in this space, I learned the hard way. I watched shipments get rejected. I lost selling windows because inventory sat untouched for days. I paid prep centers who treated my products like boxes — not like my business.

So I stopped looking for the right prep center and decided to become one.

I started small — handling a few sellers out of a modest space in New Jersey. No fancy systems, just an obsession with getting every unit right the first time. Word spread. Sellers who were tired of rejections and excuses started reaching out. One became five. Five became twenty. And we kept growing — not through marketing, but through results.

Today, PSF has processed over 1 million units for 70+ sellers across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and more — with zero Amazon rejections on record. That number means everything to me. Because I know what it cost to build it, one unit at a time.
