1 12 months per client

Commission runs twelve months from the referred client’s first paid invoice. After that, zero commission on that client.

2 Paid invoices only

Pending, unpaid, rejected, cancelled, or deleted accounts do not count toward commission or monthly targets.

3 No retroactive upgrades

Reaching Silver or Gold applies only to future qualifying invoices. Past invoices keep the rate active at that time.

4 Monthly target must hold

Qualified revenue = paid invoices from your referred clients still inside their 12-month window, measured each calendar month.

5 Downgrade after 2 misses

Silver/Gold agents who miss their monthly target for 2 consecutive months drop one tier. Bronze stays Bronze.

6 No permanent tier lock

Tiers are performance privileges — not lifetime entitlements. Keep producing to keep the rate.

Who can join?
Consultants, agencies, educators, software partners, and operators who advise Amazon, Walmart, or DTC brands. Approval is required before your referral code and dashboard activate.
When does commission start on a client?
On the date of the referred client’s first paid invoice. That opens a 12-month eligibility window for that client only.
What is qualified monthly revenue?
The sum of paid invoices from clients you referred who are still inside their 12-month window. Silver requires $25,000/month; Gold requires $50,000/month.
How do I reach Silver or Gold?
Silver: $25,000+/month for 3 consecutive months → 7%. Gold: $50,000+/month for 6 consecutive months → 8%. Upgrades are not retroactive.
Can I lose a higher tier?
Yes. Miss your tier’s monthly target for 2 consecutive months and you drop one level (Gold → Silver, or Silver → Bronze). Missing a month also breaks your qualifying streak.
